About Lyn DeLano
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Soon after getting married, my husband and I moved to Oregon where we spent the next 25 years in the Bend area. I started my art career (I also had a real job!) with watercolors over 30+ years ago. I was introduced to pastels several years ago and have fallen love with them because of the intensity in color. All of my current work is now pastel. I have won Best in Show, First Place, Second place and Artist of the Month. I have also won awards in several International Shows. I have won many Awards in local Galleries and have done many commissions as well. In 2014, my watercolor painting 'Cowboy Boots' was chosen as the Mountain Artists Gallery (Prescott, Az) promo artwork of the year. Then again in...
